CANCELLATION POLICY

Divine Lines Barber Company LLC At Divine Lines, we strive to provide the best service possible to our clients. We understand that life happens, but in order to accommodate all our clients, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following policy: Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: • Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. • If an appointment is not canceled or rescheduled within the 12-hour window, the full service fee will be charged. Late Arrival Policy: • We offer a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. • After 5 minutes, there will be a $10 late fee. • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the full service fee will be charged, and the appointment will need to be rescheduled. To cancel or reschedule, please use our booking platform or contact us directly. To ensure that all guests—regardless of age—feel comfortable and confident with their haircut, we have a policy regarding requests for minors. We do not perform “punishment” haircuts or any style that a client is not enthusiastic about, regardless of their age. Our goal is to create a haircut that aligns with each individual’s preferences, and we ask that parents or guardians discuss the desired style with their child before the appointment to ensure that everyone is satisfied with the outcome.
